The Challenge

Monks is a global, AI-powered marketing orchestration platform (part of S4 Capital) that's redefining how brands interact with customers in real-time. You'll own their community strategy and social presence, turning daily conversations into growth signals while managing real client relationships.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Launch and execute month-one social content calendar aligned with marketing strategy across all active channels

Establish daily brand listening routine, identify 3-5 emerging trends/conversation patterns, and brief marketing team weekly

Build response playbook for customer queries with <2 hour response time across all platforms

4

Audit existing community metrics, set baseline KPIs, and deliver first monthly performance report with optimization recommendations

By 6 Months
1

Grow engaged community by 25%+ through consistent, on-brand content and active community management

Develop and implement 2-3 community-driven campaigns that directly impact client KPIs (engagement, reach, conversion)

Establish quarterly reporting cadence with data analysts showing ROI of community initiatives and growth opportunities

Create reusable content templates and community manager playbooks that scale across Monks' growing social channels

Track average response time to customer queries; target <2 hours during business hours.

Community Engagement Rate

Measure likes, comments, shares, and saves as % of reach; benchmark against industry and competitor accounts.

Brand Sentiment Score

Monitor positive vs. negative mentions through social listening; track weekly shifts in brand perception.

Content Performance by Format

Analyze engagement by post type (carousel, video, text, story) to optimize calendar and content mix.

Community Growth Rate

Track follower/subscriber growth month-over-month across all platforms; identify growth drivers.

  • You partner well with creatives, data people, and strategists without needing to be asked twice
  • You're comfortable in fast-moving digital environments where tools and best practices shift monthly

  • You can't work on-site in Bogota or aren't familiar with Colombian/LATAM brand voice nuances
