The Challenge
Agoda connects millions of travelers daily through partnerships with hotels and travel operators. You'll own the marketing strategy for dozens of B2B partners simultaneously, acting as both operational leader and strategic advisor—translating data into growth plays that move the needle.
Your Mission
Establish baseline performance metrics and playbooks for top 5 priority partners; conduct discovery sessions to understand each partner's business model and growth gaps
Build and operationalize 2-3 high-impact marketing campaign templates that can scale across partners with minimal customization
Onboard and develop 2 direct reports; define clear OKRs and weekly cadence for campaign delivery and partner reviews
Deliver first round of strategic business reviews with quantified recommendations on channel mix optimization and ROI improvements
Scale marketing delivery to 20+ active partners with standardized processes; achieve 95%+ on-time campaign delivery rate
Drive measurable lift in partner contribution margin through data-backed recommendations; document 3+ case studies showing ROI impact
Build reusable frameworks and SQL-based dashboards that enable partners to self-serve insights and reduce manual reporting by 60%
Establish yourself as trusted strategic advisor; secure buy-in from 80%+ of partners on at least one high-impact marketing initiative
