Is ATS integration included in the free plan?

No. ATS integration is included with every Boost purchase ($299-$399). Free listings still work — candidates click through to your ATS careers page directly. With Boost, we also forward the candidate profile to your ATS inbox automatically.

What if my ATS isn't listed?

Most modern ATS platforms support email-based candidate import (sometimes called "maildrop" or "inbound email"). If yours does, we can connect to it. Email talent@growthtalent.org and we'll set it up.

How do I find my ATS inbound email?

For Ashby: Settings → Integrations → Email. For Lever: Settings → Integrations → Email parsing address. For Greenhouse: each job has a unique maildrop email in Job Setup. We can help you find it.

Is this a real API integration?

We use each ATS's native email import feature — the same channel they use for job board integrations like Indeed and LinkedIn. It's reliable, requires zero engineering on your side, and candidates appear in your pipeline within seconds.

Can I use this with multiple jobs?

Yes. One Boost covers all your active jobs in a market. Every application across all your boosted listings gets forwarded to your ATS.

Do I need to change anything in my ATS?

No. You just share your ATS's inbound email address with us. Everything else is automatic. Candidates show up in your pipeline like any other source.
