The Challenge
ECDD (via Instituto Infnet) is building a growth marketing engine that blends paid acquisition, SEO, and AI-powered automation. You'll operate full-funnel campaigns, optimize ROAS obsessively, and learn how to scale revenue through data and smart copy—all while still studying.
Your Mission
Execute and analyze 8-10 A/B tests across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta) to identify high-ROAS creative and audience combos
Audit 3-5 critical landing pages for UX friction and copywriting gaps, then implement improvements tied to conversion lift
Set up GA4 dashboards and daily ROAS tracking to inform real-time budget allocation decisions
Produce 12-15 pieces of conversion-focused copy (ad creative, email, landing page variants) using AI tools as co-pilot
Own one full-funnel campaign from strategy to execution, hitting a defined ROAS target and documenting the playbook
Build and launch an SEO roadmap: technical audit, keyword strategy, and on-page optimizations resulting in measurable ranking gains
Design and deploy 3-4 AI-powered workflows (chatbots, email sequences, personalization) that reduce friction and scale conversions
Present growth findings and recommendations to leadership; demonstrate mastery of GA4, Search Console, and SEMrush data
KPIs You'll Own
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Measure the revenue generated for every real spent on paid acquisition; target continuous A/B testing to beat baseline.
Conversion Rate (Landing Page & Email)
Track % of visitors completing desired action; use copy and UX tweaks to lift this metric month-over-month.
Organic Traffic & Keyword Rankings
Monitor GA4 organic sessions and track target keyword positions; SEO is a long game but early wins compound.
AI Workflow Efficiency
Measure time saved and output volume gained from AI-powered automation (e.g., copy generation, chatbot deflection rate).

Company Intelligence
Instituto Infnet is a tech-focused university in Rio de Janeiro specializing in Engineering, Data Science, Communication, and Digital Design. ECDD appears to be an internal growth marketing initiative or lab within Infnet, testing real campaigns and building growth talent.
Culture
Academic meets startup: learn in a university environment while executing real growth campaigns; emphasis on data-driven decision-making and AI/automation experimentation.
Is This Role For You?
- You're a current undergrad (Advertising, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering) hungry to run paid campaigns and see ROI shift in real-time
- You love testing and data—A/B testing, GA4 dashboards, and metrics-driven pivots excite you
- You're comfortable with AI tools and want to learn how to use them as a production lever, not a gimmick
- You want mentorship from growth pros in a university setting; networking with professors and tech professionals appeals to you
- You can work hybrid (mostly remote, 1 day on-site in Rio) and commit at least 1.5 more years to finish your degree
- You need a full salary now—this is an internship stipend (R$1,600/mo), not a market-rate salary
- You're not based in Rio or can't make 1 day/week on-site near Carioca Metro reliably
- You're senior-level talent expecting to lead; this is a hands-on execution role for growth at mid-level or below
- You don't speak Portuguese fluently or can't write clearly in Portuguese; clear written communication in PT is non-negotiable

About Growth Marketing Roles
Growth marketers drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven experimentation. They sit at the intersection of product, data, and marketing — running A/B tests, building funnels, and scaling what works.
