Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You come from consulting, strategy, PMO, or business transformation backgrounds—not traditional event planning
  • You excel at translating business objectives into measurable strategies and building scalable frameworks
  • You thrive in matrix organizations, influence without direct authority, and orchestrate complex cross-functional teams
  • You're obsessed with data, metrics, and test-and-learn approaches to continuously improve performance
  • You can earn executive confidence and build stakeholder trust in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Won't Work If
  • You're a logistics-focused event planner looking for hands-on production management rather than strategic leadership
  • You need a clear, linear org structure and direct authority to drive results across teams
  • You're uncomfortable with ambiguity or building operating models from scratch in a high-growth environment
