The Challenge
Agoda, part of Booking Holdings, needs a strategic marketing leader to transform B2B events from logistics exercises into measurable growth engines. You'll own event strategy across regions, driving pipeline, activation, and revenue impact while orchestrating complex cross-functional teams.
Your Mission
Define B2B event strategy and success metrics beyond attendance (pipeline, activation, ROI, incrementality)
Build scalable event playbooks and operating models aligned to commercial priorities
Establish governance cadence and stakeholder alignment across sales, business development, and marketing teams
Create annual event roadmap with business cases tied to growth objectives
Launch and optimize first major event program using test-and-learn framework with measurable ROI tracking
Develop performance dashboards and post-event impact analysis process across all markets
Build cross-functional working sessions that drive disciplined execution and executive confidence
Identify and iterate on key performance levers to improve event effectiveness and incrementality

Event ROI
Revenue attributed to event-driven pipeline divided by total event investment and operational costs.
Pipeline Impact
Number of qualified leads, deals influenced, and incremental revenue from event attendees.
Activation Rate
Percentage of event attendees who convert to active customers or advance in sales cycle within defined window.
Cross-functional Alignment Score
Stakeholder satisfaction and on-time delivery of event initiatives across sales, BD, and marketing teams.
Program Governance Health
Milestone achievement, risk mitigation effectiveness, and executive update cadence adherence.
