Hello!

We're looking for a

Team Lead

who will take ownership of scaling Google Ads globally, with a strong focus on

Display, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Performance Max

.

If you’re someone who enjoys building systems from scratch, working with data, and leading a small but impactful team, this role might be a great fit.


What you’ll be doing:

• Own and scale performance campaigns across Google Display, YouTube, Demand Gen & PMax

• Build global foundations: strategy, structure, processes, reporting

• Work closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to shape acquisition funnels

• Localize strategies with regional teams and share learnings across markets

• Lead and mentor a small team (2 people), combining strategy with hands-on work

• Drive full-funnel performance using creatives, audience signals, and data

• Explore brandformance Š½Š°ŠæŃ€Š°Š²Š»ŠµŠ½ŠøŃ once the core engine is in place


What we’re looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (especially Display & YouTube)

• Experience managing and developing a team

• Ability to build systems from scratch, not just optimize existing ones

• Experience running campaigns across multiple markets

• Background working with high-ticket products and sales teams

• Analytical mindset and curiosity — you’re not afraid to go deep

• Solid experience with GA4
