An AI-first GTM systems company is scaling demand generation across outbound, inbound, and brand channels. You'll build signal-driven marketing engines using Clay and Claude that directly generate pipeline—not just vanity metrics.
Your Mission
Map current marketing tech stack and establish baseline MQL/SQL conversion rates and CAC metrics
Build and deploy first Clay-powered automated enrichment workflow for outbound campaigns
Launch signal-based demand gen campaign leveraging Claude for personalization and messaging
Document and optimize cost per MQL and establish attribution model across all channels
Scale MQL generation 3x month-over-month while reducing CAC by 20%+
Build fully automated end-to-end GTM system combining Clay, n8n, Claude, and CRM integrations
Achieve 35%+ MQL-to-SQL conversion rate through continuous optimization with sales/GTM teams
Own $500K+ annual marketing budget with documented pipeline ROI and unit economics dashboards
