Xiaomi reaches 718M monthly active users across 100+ markets—and they need hungry marketers to fuel growth in Chile. You'll own digital campaigns from conception to optimization, working alongside regional and HQ teams to drive real results at scale.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Launch and optimize 3-4 digital campaigns (SEO/SEM, email, social, display) with defined KPIs and monthly reporting cadence

Audit current social media presence across channels and develop content calendar with 2-week posting schedule

Build marketing database segments and execute first email campaign to engaged user cohorts

4

Identify 5-7 growth trends in Chilean tech/smartphone market and present actionable recommendations

By 6 Months
1

Achieve 20%+ improvement in CAC efficiency across paid channels through continuous A/B testing and bid optimization

Grow social media engaged following by 30% and establish monthly community engagement benchmarks

3

Design and execute 2 regional marketing events in Santiago with measurable attendance and lead-gen targets

4

Document and present quarterly growth strategy recommendations to regional office with data backing
