2

Create integrated marketing narrative combining paid, organic, earned, and awareness metrics; present quarterly business review to C-suite

3

Develop audience segmentation and activation strategy; implement dynamic segment performance tracking across channels

4

Scale the team: hire and onboard 2 analysts; establish training program on marketing fundamentals, SQL, analytics storytelling

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've built marketing analytics from the ground up—or taken a broken one and fixed it—in fintech, SaaS, or high-velocity growth companies
  • You speak both languages fluently: SQL + storytelling; you can drop into a spreadsheet and also convince a CFO
  • You're obsessed with incrementality, not just attribution; you understand that correlation ≠ causation and design experiments to prove it
  • You enjoy hands-on leadership: mentoring 2-3 analysts while still digging into analysis yourself; you set the bar for rigor and clarity
  • You thrive in complexity: multiple channels, overlapping campaigns, macro headwinds, competing stakeholder priorities—you simplify without losing accuracy
Won't Work If
  • You're a pure reporting person; you see analytics as dashboards instead of strategic recommendations that drive decisions
  • You lack statistical depth; A/B testing, incrementality, and causal inference feel like black boxes rather than everyday tools
  • You prefer remote work and flexibility; this role demands on-site presence in São Paulo and close partnership with cross-functional teams
  • You shy away from ambiguity; C6 has incomplete data infrastructure and you'll need to propose solutions, not wait for perfect briefs

Interview Process

1

Screening Call (30 min)

Recruiter or hiring manager vets background in marketing analytics, leadership, and fintech/high-growth experience.

3

Deep Dive Interview (90 min, 2-3 interviewers)

VP Growth + Head of Product + peer analyst. Walk through past campaigns, explain attribution logic, discuss A/B testing wins/losses, and how you'd approach incrementality.

4

5
