The Challenge
ABATECH's marketing team needs someone who can swing between creative content execution and hard data analysis. You'll own the social strategy that builds community while proving ROI through metrics.
Your Mission
Establish content calendar rhythm across all platforms with consistent publishing schedule and 90%+ on-time delivery
Baseline current community engagement metrics and set targets for response time (<2 hours) and comment-to-reach ratio
Audit existing social analytics setup in Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and TikTok Analytics; implement dashboards in Looker Studio
Propose and test 3 content themes tied to audience segments with A/B testing framework
Grow engagement rate by 25-40% through data-backed content optimization and community interaction cadence
Deliver monthly performance reports showing content ROI, audience growth trends, and competitive benchmarks
Identify and capitalize on 2-3 viral content opportunities; document winning formats for repeatable playbooks
Train internal team on analytics tools; hand off dashboard ownership and self-service reporting capability

Average time to respond to comments and DMs; target <2 hours during business hours to build trust.

Follower Growth Rate
Monthly net new followers as % of existing base; correlate spikes to campaigns and content drops.
Click-Through Rate to Owned Properties
% of engaged users clicking through to website, landing pages, or lead magnets from social posts.
