About SCARCE

SCARCE Labs is a pre-seed platform building institutional-grade liquidity infrastructure for ultra-luxury single-family residential real estate, via tokenized assets on regulated security-token rails and an agentic intelligence layer (SCARCE Orchestra) purpose-designed for how family offices, multi-family offices, RIAs serving UHNW clients, and institutional LPs actually evaluate, allocate, and monitor private-market positions.

Our launch counterparty is Palisades Legacy I LP, a $50M Delaware fund underwriting a 25-parcel post-dislocation pipeline in Pacific Palisades, every completed asset fractionalized at origination via SCARCE Series tokens. Senior leadership is forming across CTO, CAO, CIO, CFO, CRO, Head of Tokenomics, GC, and Head of Product & GTM, with operators sourced from Microsoft, Bank Frick (MiCA implementation), the SEC's Office of Rulemaking on digital assets, and proven fintech / commercial-RE / Web3 chapters.

The category does not yet exist. The audience is identified and unserved. The platform is being built around the operator profile who actually knows the audience, and that operator is the role on this page.

About the Role

We are hiring our Head of Allocator Relations & Family Office GTM, the operator who owns warm relationships, pilot design, and the full allocator journey from first conversation to committed capital.

What you'll own

Allocator relationships at depth. Single-family offices, multi-family offices, RIAs serving UHNW clients, wealth platforms, and select institutional LPs. You will be the first SCARCE voice these allocators hear, the first face they meet, and the operator who guides them from initial conversation through committed capital.

Pilot design and institutional mandate architecture. The early SCARCE Series issuances will close through a small number of high-conviction allocator pilots. You design those pilots, economics, governance, reporting cadence, communication channels, alongside our Head of Product & Tokenomics teams.

Channel sequencing for SCARCE Master and SCARCE Series tokens. Different allocator segments will absorb different products in different orders. You architect the sequencing, which segment leads, which follows, what proof-points anchor each.

Public-facing allocator representation. Conferences, family-office summits, institutional capital introductions, and direct partner conversations with wealth platforms. You become the recognizable allocator-side voice on the SCARCE story.

Who you are

8 to 12+ years selling directly to, or operating inside, single-family offices, multi-family offices, RIAs serving UHNW clients, or institutional allocators.

You have deep existing relationships in this channel, warm intros that turn into pilots, pilots that turn into committed capital. You do not need a new network; you have one already.

You have designed and closed institutional pilots or mandates in the past, you know what allocator term sheets actually look like, what governance structures the channel demands, what reporting cadence wins continued allocation.

You are comfortable operating at the intersection of real estate, private markets, and emerging technology, you do not need to be a crypto-native, but you can speak credibly about tokenization, security tokens, and regulated transfer agency, or you can ramp on those vocabularies in 60 days.

You have a maverick streak. This role is high-visibility and high-impact at a platform that does not yet exist publicly; that is the trade.

Compensation

Base: $215,000, $250,000.

Equity: 1.0%, 2.5% of fully-diluted SCARCE Labs, Inc. common stock, granted as ISOs. Four-year vesting, one-year cliff. Double-trigger acceleration on Change of Control with involuntary termination without cause.

Cash is calibrated slightly below the top of market for the role. Equity is the leverage. We are not competing on cash; we are competing on what the equity is worth three to seven years out if the category is created and we execute the way the architecture allows.
