Accountabilities:
Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and performance owner.
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment-setting outcomes.
Manage budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ongoing creative testing to maximize performance.
Write high-performing ad copy and video sales letter scripts tailored to financial services audiences.
Lead bi-weekly client calls to review performance, align on strategy, and define next steps.
Deliver structured performance reports and insights ahead of client meetings.
Monitor daily campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to achieve cost-per-appointment targets.
Set up and troubleshoot tracking systems including pixels, conversion events, and CRM/automation integrations.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop hooks, angles, and messaging variations for testing.
Use AI tools to accelerate copywriting, analysis, and campaign optimization workflows.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in paid media, with strong expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising.
Proven experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency or performance marketing environment.
Strong track record of meeting performance KPIs and driving client retention through measurable results.
Excellent copywriting skills for direct-response and lead generation campaigns.
Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, pixels, attribution, and marketing automation tools.
Strong ability to communicate performance data clearly to non-technical clients and stakeholders.
High level of ownership, accountability, and ability to operate independently.
Experience in financial services, high-ticket funnels, or appointment-driven campaigns is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with video sales letter methodology is highly valued.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
