Accountabilities:
Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts as the primary point of contact responsible for performance and outcomes.
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
Manage budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and continuous creative testing to maximize ROI.
Write high-performing ad copy and video sales letter scripts tailored to financial services audiences.
Lead bi-weekly client calls to review performance, align on strategy, and define next actions.
Deliver structured performance reports and strategic recommendations prior to client meetings.
Monitor daily campaign performance and implement optimizations to achieve cost-per-appointment targets.
Set up and troubleshoot tracking systems including pixels, conversion events, and CRM or automation workflows.
Collaborate with creative teams on hooks, messaging angles, and ad variations for testing.
Use AI tools to improve efficiency in copywriting, analysis, and campaign optimization.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in paid media, with deep expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising.
Proven experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency or performance marketing environment.
Strong track record of meeting performance KPIs and driving client retention through measurable outcomes.
Excellent copywriting skills for direct-response and lead generation advertising.
Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, pixels, attribution, and marketing automation tools.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain performance data clearly to non-technical clients.
High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and take full accountability for results.
Experience in financial services, high-ticket funnels, or appointment-based marketing is a strong plus.
Familiarity with video sales letter methodology is highly valued.
Strong attention to detail combined with speed and execution discipline.
