Accountabilities:

The role is responsible for defining and optimizing paid media strategy, ensuring investment decisions directly contribute to traffic growth, customer acquisition, and business performance outcomes. It requires a strong blend of analytical rigor and strategic thinking to evaluate channel effectiveness, identify growth opportunities, and guide media planning across multiple markets and guest segments.

  • Own paid media strategy, budget allocation, and optimization across digital channels, ensuring alignment with traffic and revenue growth objectives

  • Leverage tools such as Placer.ai and spatial/behavioral insights to identify high-value trade areas and audience opportunities

  • Translate guest behavior, market intelligence, and performance data into actionable investment strategies

  • Manage agency partnerships, ensuring media plans align with business goals and deliver measurable ROI and incrementality

  • Oversee continuous testing, measurement, and optimization of campaigns across search, social, video, CTV, display, and programmatic channels

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, analytics, digital, and operations teams to align media strategy with broader growth initiatives

  • Connect media performance to real business outcomes including traffic, sales, and guest acquisition

Requirements: The ideal candidate brings strong experience in performance marketing or paid media, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations. They combine strategic leadership with hands-on analytical capability and thrive in fast-paced, data-rich environments.

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or demand generation, ideally across both agency and client-side environments

  • Strong expertise across digital channels including search, social, video, programmatic, and emerging media ecosystems

  • Proven ability to connect media performance to business outcomes such as ROI, incrementality, and customer acquisition

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using attribution models, audience segmentation, and marketing analytics tools

  • Familiarity with trade area intelligence, behavioral data, and platforms such as Placer.ai or similar tools

  • Experience managing media agencies and aligning cross-functional stakeholders around performance goals

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred
