Job Summary:
The Digital & Technology Marketing Manager defines and implements CooperVision France’s digital and technology strategy.
You will manage the platforms, tools and campaigns that support marketing performance, strengthen credibility with healthcare professionals and improve internal efficiency.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
- Digital Marketing & Performance
- Define digital strategies and operational priorities (campaigns, platforms, tools).
- Develop key KPIs and reporting.
- Identify useful and practical optimisations.
- Deploy paid, social and email campaigns.
- Design, configure and optimise campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC):
- segmentation & targeting,
- automated journeys,
- scheduling & delivery,
- reporting and optimisation.
- Ensuring the quality of data used in SFMC
- Adapting content (websites, social media, emails, digital media).
- Managing A/B tests and continuous optimisation plans.
- Managing agencies: briefs, monitoring, quality, budget, performance.
- Digital ecosystems & technologies
- Define the broad outlines for the management and development of digital platforms (website, CRM, customer and sales tools) to ensure they align with marketing and sales needs.
- Contribute to the technology roadmap with IT/Data/EMEA.
- Identify useful improvements to optimise operational efficiency and user experience.
- Oversee website management: updates, coordination of developments
- Oversee the administration and development of internal/outsourced platforms:
- OptiExpert, Jasper AI,
- Client media library, CARE connect, CARE service
- Training and engagement platforms (Learning Academy, CVENT)
- Prescription software & sample ordering tools (Lens): integration and updating of product data, catalogue consistency, visibility of the CV range, seamless ordering processes, EDI integration.
- Ensuring the full operational management of ShowPad, including:
- organisation and updating of content,
- coordination with sales teams,
- usage monitoring and reporting.
- Manage the Customer Media Library:
- updating tools available for download,
- managing stocks of printed tools and the ordering process,
- continuous improvement of the user experience,
- internal coordination to populate the platform.
- Collaborating with IT/Data on functional developments, fixes and integrations.
- Ensuring GDPR compliance, cybersecurity and overall consistency.
- External digital corporate communications
- Coordinate the communications plan for France with the product managers.
- Publish and update corporate content on digital channels (e.g. CARE / service and category-specific).
- Ensure compliance with the brand platform and global guidelines.
- Measure the performance of corporate digital initiatives.
- Digital governance, cross-functional collaboration & operational excellence
- Help define digital standards (best practices, guidelines, processes) and prioritise projects in collaboration with internal teams.
- Document workflows and tutorials for key tools (e.g. ShowPad, Media Library, SFMC, website) using tutorials and/or step-by-step guides.
- Ensure the quality of execution and consistency of materials.
- Conduct regular monitoring and propose operational improvements.
- Expertise: digital campaigns, CRM/automation, SEO, social media, analytics.
- Very good understanding of: CMS, CRM, CDP, sales tools & customer platforms.
- Ability to manage tools such as ShowPad, SFMC, OptiExpert and Médiathèque.
- Solid experience in cross-functional project management.
- Cross-functional leadership & business partner mindset.
- Diligence, autonomy, attention to detail and execution.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex issues and facilitate change.
- French: fluent/ English: business / fluent.
- At least 5 years’ experience in digital marketing with a strong operational focus.
- Interest in AI and new technologies
- Experience in managing digital platforms and technological tools.
- An international environment is desirable.
