The Challenge
Contentsquare is a market-leading digital experience analytics platform trusted by enterprises globally. You'll own demand generation strategy and execution, building pipeline at scale for a company in hypergrowth mode across EMEA and beyond.
Your Mission
Audit current demand gen stack, identify gaps in attribution and campaign performance tracking
Launch 2-3 high-impact campaigns (webinar, content series, ABM pilot) with baseline conversion metrics
Build alignment with sales on SLA targets, pipeline contribution goals, and lead scoring criteria
Establish weekly reporting cadence showing campaign-to-pipeline ROI and forecast accuracy
Scale proven campaigns to 3-4x pipeline contribution, hitting $XXM+ in attributed pipeline revenue
Implement full marketing automation workflow with lead nurturing sequences and behavioral triggers
Develop and launch ABM program targeting 20-30 key accounts with personalized campaigns
Mentor and structure demand gen team (if applicable), document processes and playbooks for scalability

Pipeline Generated
Monthly attributed pipeline in euros—your north star metric tied directly to revenue impact.
CAC Payback Period
Time to recover customer acquisition cost; aim for <12 months for healthy unit economics.
Lead-to-Opportunity Conversion
Percentage of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) that sales converts to opportunities within 90 days.
Campaign ROI
Revenue influenced by campaigns divided by total spend; benchmark against 3:1 minimum for B2B SaaS.
Sales Cycle Length
Average days from first touchpoint to closed deal; shorter indicates better lead quality and fit.

Is This Role For You?
- You've built and scaled demand generation programs from zero to $XXM+ pipeline (ideally at SaaS companies)
- You're fluent with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and can read attribution data to optimize spend
- You thrive owning full-funnel metrics and are comfortable being held accountable to pipeline and revenue targets
- You want to lead a team and shape demand strategy at a scale-up with global footprint and strong market position
- You prefer tactical execution over strategy—this is a leadership role requiring roadmap ownership and cross-functional alignment
- You're uncomfortable with data and skeptical of marketing attribution (you'll be swimming in it daily)
- You need 100% remote—this role requires regular office presence in Paris for team collaboration
