Your Mission
Map current user journey and identify drop-off points between sign-up, first workflow, and activation using product usage data
Design and launch onboarding lifecycle program with 3+ email sequences triggered by behavioral signals in Customer.io
Establish baseline metrics for activation rate, time-to-first-workflow, and 30-day retention; create dashboard for weekly tracking
Audit existing retention touchpoints and design 2-3 expansion messaging tests (messaging, timing, segmentation) to launch by week 12
Own full lifecycle program covering onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion with documented stage definitions and success criteria
Ship 5+ structured experiments with documented learnings on messaging, sequencing, timing, and segmentation; implement winning variations
Increase activation rate by 15-25% and reduce time-to-first-workflow by 20% through lifecycle optimization
Build repeatable playbook for cross-functional collaboration with Sales, CS, and Product; deliver quarterly lifecycle impact report tied to ARR
