The Challenge
JCDecaux is reshaping urban communication globally—from bus shelters to airport networks. You'll own product launches that reach millions daily across cities and transport hubs, turning market insights into go-to-market strategies that actually move the needle.
Your Mission
Conduct competitive and market analysis for 2-3 priority product launches; deliver actionable positioning recommendations
Own creation and rollout of promotional materials (collateral, decks, case studies) for assigned products
Shadow sales and dev teams to map customer personas and pain points; synthesize into brief
Establish baseline performance metrics and tracking framework for Q4 campaign launches
Execute end-to-end go-to-market plan for 1-2 major product launches; track adoption and revenue impact
Develop and optimize 3+ marketing campaigns; demonstrate 15%+ lift in engagement or conversion vs. baseline
Build reusable product marketing playbook (positioning, messaging, channel strategy) for future launches
Present market insights and strategic recommendations to leadership; influence roadmap or go-to-market decisions
KPIs You'll Own
Campaign Performance (CTR, conversion, impression share)
Track engagement and conversion metrics across all promotional campaigns to measure market resonance.
Product Launch Velocity
Time from strategy approval to market activation; faster is better without sacrificing positioning clarity.
Stakeholder Alignment Score
Internal feedback on clarity and impact of positioning docs, briefs, and recommendations from sales/dev/exec.
Market Data Accuracy
Validation of market insights and competitive positioning against actual customer/prospect feedback and wins.
