Annette is building next-gen obesity care with GLP-1 treatments + personalized nutrition via mobile app. You'll help them scale from hundreds to thousands of qualified users by owning acquisition, activation, and growth experimentation.
Your Mission
Launch and optimize 3+ paid campaigns (Meta/Google) with clear CAC benchmarks and conversion tracking
Build and execute 2 CRM campaigns (email, in-app) targeting activation and retention with measurable lift
Audit SEO opportunities and publish 2-3 content pieces addressing high-intent keywords in obesity care space
Map and activate 3-5 relevant creators/influencers to test viral acquisition channels
Achieve 30%+ month-over-month growth in qualified app sign-ups through optimized paid and organic channels
Run 10+ growth experiments (new channels, messaging, targeting) with documented learnings and scaling playbooks
Establish SEO content machine with 1-2 pieces per month driving qualified traffic
Build repeatable CRM playbooks that improve day-7 activation rate by 20%+ and reduce churn by 15%+

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Cost to acquire one qualified user; track by channel (paid, organic, influencer) to identify most efficient growth levers.
Conversion Rate
% of app visitors who complete signup/onboarding; test and iterate messaging, flows, and targeting to improve.
Day-7 Activation Rate
% of new users taking key action (first consultation booking, profile completion) within 7 days post-signup.
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Revenue or LTV generated per dollar spent on paid campaigns; track by campaign, audience, and creative to optimize budget allocation.
Organic Traffic & Lead Quality
Monthly visitors from SEO and content; segment by intent and track conversion to sign-up to measure content ROI.
