TMZ is the epicenter of entertainment news—you'll create viral social content that reaches millions daily. This internship puts you directly in the newsroom where celebrity stories break, and your edits could trend within hours.
Your Mission
Master Adobe Premiere to edit 3-5 social videos per week meeting TMZ quality standards
Research and source trending celebrity moments for daily social posting across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter
Assist on 2-3 live camera shoots and learn TMZ's newsgathering process firsthand
Publish minimum 20 original social assets monthly with documented engagement metrics
Own one recurring social content series with 50K+ weekly impressions
Execute end-to-end video workflows from shoot to published post with zero revisions needed
Identify and pitch 3+ viral trends before they break on competitor accounts
Mentor incoming interns on social best practices and Adobe production workflow

Interview Process
