Senior SEO Specialist - SEO

Accountabilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies across multiple client accounts, ensuring consistent growth in traffic, rankings, and conversions.

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, define KPIs, and translate insights into actionable optimization plans and client recommendations.

• Monitor algorithm updates, AI search developments, and GEO trends to continuously adapt strategies for evolving search ecosystems.

• Perform advanced keyword, entity, and topical research to build semantic content clusters and improve search relevance.

• Optimize content for traditional SERPs as well as AI-powered search platforms including LLM-based discovery systems.

• Create SEO-first content briefs and collaborate with content teams to ensure alignment with EEAT principles and search intent.

• Execute technical SEO improvements including crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and site architecture optimization.

• Collaborate with developers to implement SEO best practices and scalable technical frameworks.

• Build and support SEO automation workflows using AI tools, APIs, or no-code platforms where applicable.

• Develop ethical link-building and digital PR strategies to strengthen domain authority and online visibility.

• Track SEO performance using analytics tools and build dashboards that connect organic performance to business outcomes.

• Provide clear reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients across multiple industries.

Requirements The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably within a digital agency environment, with a proven ability to deliver measurable organic growth across multiple projects. You should have a strong understanding of both traditional SEO and emerging AI-driven search systems.

• Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, content SEO, and semantic optimization.

• Experience with AI search ecosystems such as Google AI Overviews (AIO), GEO, and LLM-based search platforms.

• Hands-on knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.

• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, SurferSEO) for SEO research, content optimization, and workflow support.

• Familiarity with automation tools or scripting (Python, APIs, or no-code platforms) is highly desirable.

• Understanding of how LLMs retrieve, rank, and generate responses from web content.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities.

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO implementation purposes.

• Excellent communication, reporting, and client management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
