The role still owns the classic stack: technical SEO, content briefs, internal linking, programmatic page architecture, and link-building. Best-fit candidates have shipped a programmatic SEO system that ranked at scale (think Zapier integration pages, G2 comparison pages, or marketplace-style category trees), plus the technical depth to debug Core Web Vitals and crawl issues.
