We're looking for an SEO Specialist with hands-on experience who enjoys executing and continuously improving SEO performance across multiple brands. You'll play a key role in increasing organic visibility, driving qualified traffic, and supporting lead generation across our portfolio. We're looking for someone proactive, organized, technically solid, and excited to grow within our in-house marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Technical SEO (Basic to Intermediate)
- Identify and fix common technical issues: broken pages, indexing problems, sitemaps, redirects.
- Review page speed and propose practical improvements (image compression, caching, etc.).
- Set up and monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 for each brand.
- Ensure all websites are correctly crawled and indexed by Google.
Keyword Research & Strategy
- Conduct keyword research by brand, industry, and target audience.
- Prioritize keywords based on search volume, competition, and search intent.
- Identify content opportunities not yet covered by competitors.
- Map keywords to existing pages or propose new content to create.
On-Page SEO
- Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headings (H1-H3), and image alt texts.
- Create clear content briefs for copywriters or the community management team.
- Refresh and improve existing content to improve rankings (Content Refresh).
- Maintain solid URL structure, internal linking, and site navigation per brand.
Off-Page SEO & Link Building
- Identify quality backlink opportunities for each brand.
- Conduct basic outreach: directories, brand mentions, guest posts.
- Monitor backlink profiles and flag toxic links when needed.
Local SEO (when applicable)
- Optimize and maintain Google Business Profile listings for each brand.
- Manage reviews, Q&A, photos, and posts on Google Maps.
Measurement & Reporting
Use AI tools to accelerate keyword research, content optimization, meta descriptions, technical analysis, and reporting.
Deliver monthly reports per brand: traffic, rankings, impressions, organic leads.
- Use Looker Studio or Google Sheets to present results in a clear visual format.
- Track keyword rankings weekly and adjust strategy based on performance data.
Tools & Platforms
We don't require expert-level mastery of everything, but we do expect real, everyday use of:
- Search Atlas (preferred)
- Google Search Console, error review, performance tracking, coverage reports.
- Google Analytics 4, traffic sources, conversions, user behavior.
- Google Business Profile, local listing management.

- Screaming Frog or similar, basic technical site audits.
- WordPress or Shopify, direct content and on-page implementation.
- Canva / Google Slides, clean, organized report presentations.
- AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude), support for briefs, titles, and meta descriptions.
