Ce que vous ferez

Voltaire has $118K MRR, zero employees, and was launched 15 days ago.

This is the beginning of a new category of company.

Not a SaaS tool. Not an agency. Voltaire is a fully autonomous business where AI agents handle work that used to require entire departments.

Today, 12 agents run content, SEO, GEO, paid media, and analytics for clients who previously spent that budget on agencies and headcount. No humans in the delivery chain. 85-95% gross margins. The company markets itself with its own product.

But marketing is just where we started.

The thesis behind Voltaire is that every function inside a company can be restructured around AI agents. Marketing was the first proof point because the feedback loops are fast and the results are measurable. What comes next is bigger: the same model applied to sales, operations, finance, and customer success. Not "AI-assisted." Fully autonomous. Companies that run with 10 people instead of 1,000, not because they cut corners, but because the work is done by systems that never stop, never forget, and compound every day.

We built Voltaire to prove this model on ourselves before selling it to anyone. The founder wrote every agent, every workflow, every line of code. One person and a fleet of AI agents scaled to $1.4M ARR run-rate in two weeks. That is the future of how businesses get built: small teams with massive leverage, where the constraint is vision, not headcount.

We are nowhiring our first humans.

We are looking for a founding GTM engineer to build the growth infrastructure behind what might be the fastest-growing zero-employee company ever created. This is not a "run the playbook" role. There is no playbook. You are writing it.

What you will actually build

You will own the systems that turn attention into revenue.

Conversion infrastructure

  • Build and optimize the full acquisition funnel, from first touch to paid subscription
  • Ship the "First Deliverable" system: real work product in 24 hours that makes prospects forward it to their co-founder
  • Design lead scoring and qualification automation so the funnel self-selects
  • Instrument everything. Attribution, cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics.

Product-led growth

  • Build the client dashboard: deliverables, reports, billing, AI activity
  • Create growth loops where the product generates its own distribution
  • Turn outputs into shareable content that drives inbound
  • Own SEO and GEO for govoltaire.com (yes, the AI marketing company needs to win at AI marketing)

Growth systems and experimentation

  • Build semi-automated outbound using enrichment, AI-native workflows, and the tooling you choose
  • Design experiments like a product: hypothesis, test, measure, ship or kill
  • Create the analytics layer that tells us what is working and why
  • Automate everything that does not require judgment

Revenue engineering

  • Optimize checkout flows, pricing presentation, and upgrade paths
  • Build the infrastructure for new products as the platform expands beyond marketing
  • Work with AI agents to generate and qualify a pipeline at scale

The stack you will work with

Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Vercel for the product and funnel work. n8n for workflow automation. Clay, Apollo, and enrichment tooling for outbound. PostHog and analytics infrastructure for measurement. Claude Code for development. AI-native tooling throughout. You will ship code daily.

Who you are

3-5 years of experience. Early in career but ready to be dangerous.

Core traits

  • You build before you theorize. Ship first, refine after.
  • AI-native in how you work. Not "interested in AI." You use it to move at 10x speed already.
  • You think about growth as an engineering problem, not a marketing problem.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. Energized by it.
  • You have built something from scratch before. A product, a system, a company. Something real.

Things that would make us move fast

  • You have built and optimized conversion funnels with real revenue behind them
  • You can write production code (not just scripts)
  • You have worked at an early-stage startup or founded something
  • You have strong opinions about what makes growth loops compound
  • You have touched analytics tooling, enrichment platforms, or marketing automation at the infrastructure level

Desirable quirks

  • Gets physically uncomfortable looking at an unoptimized funnel
  • Has opinions about attribution that they will defend at dinner
  • Automates their own workflows before anyone asks
  • Thinks the best growth engineering looks like product engineering

What this is not

Not a marketing manager role. Not a demand gen specialist position. Not a late-stage, narrowly-scoped job. Not for someone who needs a team around them to get started.

This is employee number one at a company doing $1.4M ARR run-rate with zero headcount. You will work directly with the founder daily.

About the founder

Fabrice Le Parc. Ex-Logitech VP Marketing and Innovation. 4 startups, $60M raised, 2 exits. HEC Paris + X, Harvard. Built every piece of Voltaire: the product, the agents, the site, the payment infrastructure, the growth engine. Hands-on. French and American. Codes every day.

Logistics

Full-time. In Paris right now, ready to relocate to NY or SF soon.

Comp: $120K-$160K base + meaningful founding equity (1-3%).

You will work extremely closely with the founder.

Why this matters

We are not building a better agency. We are building the proof that most of what companies spend on departments can be done by AI agents, for a fraction of the cost, with better results. Marketing is the first vertical. It will not be the last.

If you want to build the growth engine behind a company that is rewriting how businesses operate, let's talk.
