The Challenge

NXP is electrifying automotive with 48V energy networks and power management tech. You'll own go-to-market strategy, win design-ins with tier-1 OEMs, and build third-party ecosystems for a product category reshaping vehicle architecture.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map competitive landscape for 48V and electrification segments; identify 3-5 high-value customer targets and initiate design-in conversations

2

Develop and launch initial go-to-market collateral (1-2 whitepapers, product briefs, pitch decks) aligned with automotive customer buying cycles

3

Align product roadmap with sales and engineering teams; define customer sampling strategy and pricing framework for Q2-Q3 launches

4

Train global sales and FAE teams on value proposition; deliver 2 internal webinars on 48V system architecture and competitive differentiation

By 6 Months
1

Secure 5+ design-wins or committed design-ins from target customers; track pipeline and revenue impact

Establish 2-3 strategic third-party partnerships (software, services, integrators) that extend product reach and customer support

3

Execute full product launch campaign including video content, social content series, and customer case studies across traction inverters, OBCs, PDUs

4

Deliver demand forecasting inputs and portfolio recommendations; support pricing and promotion strategy that hits revenue growth targets

Number of customer design-ins secured and total addressable revenue from won accounts.

Go-to-Market Launch Velocity

Time from strategy definition to market activation; measured by collateral completion and sales enablement completion rate.

Sales Adoption & Enablement

% of global sales and FAE teams trained and actively using product messaging in customer conversations.

Third-Party Ecosystem Growth

Number of active partnerships and partner-driven customer engagements or deal influence.

Revenue Impact

Incremental revenue attributed to product marketing campaigns and customer acquisition activities.

  • You've shipped 3+ product launches in semiconductors, automotive embedded systems, or power electronics-and can articulate technical value to both engineers and business stakeholders
  • You own strategy end-to-end: go-to-market, customer wins, pricing, partnerships-not just collateral creation
  • You speak automotive fluency: 48V networks, traction inverters, OBCs, PDUs, and electrification roadmaps aren't buzzwords to you
  • You thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and can synthesize input from 5+ teams into clear action plans
Won't Work If
  • You're purely a copywriter or content marketer-this role is strategy-first and requires deep technical and business acumen
  • Automotive and power electronics are outside your experience; ramp-up will be steep
