As a Product & 360 Marketing Assistant, you will be part of the Dr.Jart+ EMEA Marketing team and support the Marketing Manager in building and executing the Product Marketing Strategy across the EMEA region (+18 markets).
This role offers a 360° marketing experience, at the crossroads of product strategy, consumer insights, market trend analysis and social media, contributing directly to brand awareness, desirability and business growth.
About Your Responsibilities
Key tasks:
Product Marketing Strategy
Support the adaptation of the global product strategy to the EMEA region, including contribution to the marketing calendar, product roadmap and key initiatives.
Participate in the development of new product launch strategies, with a focus on positioning, key claims, competitive landscape and consumer relevance.
Work closely with the Global teams to provide market and consumer insights, identifying opportunities for innovation and contributing feedback on formulas, textures and benefits from an EMEA perspective.
Consumer & Market Insights
Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors and emerging K-beauty and skincare trends to feed strategic recommendations.
Conduct competitive analyses (products, claims, pricing, communication, social presence) to identify white spaces and growth opportunities.
Translate insights into clear learnings to support product strategy, launches and communication angles.
Social Media & Community Activation
Support the management of Dr.Jart+ Instagram and TikTok accounts in collaboration with the Community Manager.
Participate in content planning, ideation and performance follow-up, ensuring consistency with product strategy and brand DNA.
Monitor social trends, formats and creators to inspire innovative content ideas with a strong consumer-first approach.
Performance Tracking & Strategic Support
Prepare launch recaps, post-mortem analyses and strategic summaries based on qualitative and quantitative learnings (excluding retail sales consolidation).
Support the Marketing Manager with presentations and strategic documents for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
An internship agreement provided by your school is mandatory.
About You
Available 6 months starting July 2026
Minimum Education Level
Higher Education (Bac + 5, from a business school or university)
Minimum Years And Area Of Experience
2nd internship of gap year (cesure) or end-of-study internship. Interest in the cosmetics sector. Previous, relevant product marketing experience.
Required Language Proficiency
Fluent in English (language of work) and ability to understand French.
