What You Will Do
- Own and execute Hopae’s go-to-market strategy for new and existing products
- Define ICPs, positioning, and messaging to ensure clear market differentiation
- Lead end-to-end product launches across channels with measurable impact
- Design and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive acquisition and growth
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, BD, and Operations to align strategy and execution
- Track performance, analyze data, and continuously improve funnel conversion and ROI
🧠
Who You Are
- 8+ years of experience in GTM, marketing, or growth in a fast-paced tech environment
- Experience in Leading a GTM / Marketing Team in a Start up environment
- Strong at turning complex products into clear, compelling positioning
- Data-driven and structured, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
- High ownership mindset and comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills in English
