The Challenge

Alma is Europe's BNPL leader with 8M consumers and €100M+ ARR-now you'll build entirely new B2C revenue streams. Design, launch, and scale insurance, cashback, and loyalty services that transform customers into repeat users.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map competitive landscape and identify 3-5 concrete B2C service whitespace opportunities with market sizing

Conduct customer research interviews (50+ users) to validate demand and pain points for top 2 opportunities

3

Develop financial viability models and strategic recommendations for executive review on where Alma should play

4

Establish cross-functional working groups with Product, Data, Design, and Ops to align on first service to launch

By 6 Months
1

Launch first B2C service with go-to-market plan, positioning, and messaging validated with target consumers

Define pricing strategy and packaging approach using willingness-to-pay research and competitive benchmarking

Drive initial adoption metrics (sign-ups, conversion rate, retention benchmarks) and iterate based on learnings

4

Build repeatable playbook and process for evaluating, packaging, and launching additional B2C services
