Ce que vous ferez
Letsignit is a Marseille based B2B SaaS company and the Employee Brand Platform that helps companies turn every collaborator into a brand and communication channel, across email signatures, vCards and slides. We work with companies of all sizes across France, Europe and North America.
We are building a more autonomous, more expert and more measurable acquisition engine, and we are looking for a hands-on Acquisition & Campaign Manager to run it day to day.
You will own the execution of our acquisition campaigns across channels (paid, SEA, LinkedIn Ads, media), working closely with our Head of Acquisition, who orchestrates the overall strategy, priorities and territories. Our model is transversal, not organised by territory: you run campaigns across France, Europe and North America from a single, coherent playbook.
This role is ideal for someone who loves performance, testing and shipping, and who wants to bring real technical depth to acquisition without depending on anyone else to move fast.
Your Mission
1. Run and optimise acquisition campaignsBuild, launch and manage campaigns across paid, SEA, LinkedIn Ads and media.
Own day to day optimisation: budgets, bids, audiences, creatives, A/B tests.
Improve performance against pipeline and revenue goals, not just leads.
Own tracking, attribution and campaign measurement.
Build and improve landing pages, and run experimentation to lift conversion.
Watch lead quality, CAC and payback, and act on them.
Connect every campaign to pipe and revenue, with Sales and RevOps.
Make sure leads are routed, qualified and handed off cleanly.
Bring a test and learn culture: small experiments, fast reads, clear decisions.
Work hand in hand with the Head of Acquisition on priorities and reporting.
Partner with Content to get the assets, messages, angles and proof you need.
Stay close to Sales & RevOps to keep the funnel coherent.
4+ years in acquisition, paid media or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
Strong hands-on expertise across paid, SEA and LinkedIn Ads and B2B media buying.
Solid command of tracking, attribution, landing pages and CRO.
Comfort with data, analysis and experimentation.
Native or fluent French and strong professional English.
Hands-on, technical and execution oriented.
Obsessed with performance and measurement.
A test and learn person who ships and iterates fast.
Autonomous, rigorous and reliable on deadlines.
Curious about new tools, formats and acquisition tactics.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce.
Understanding of the SEA and SEO interplay.
Experience in a fast growing international SaaS company.
Acquisition runs as a measurable, repeatable machine, not one off campaigns.
Performance is steered by tracking, attribution and clean data.
Experiments run continuously and feed clear decisions.
Campaigns consistently connect to pipe and revenue.
The team tests and innovates again, instead of constantly catching up.
