4

Own weekly/monthly spend pacing and forecasting process; establish single source of truth for paid media performance reporting

4

Establish Creative-Led Growth partnership; deliver data-backed creative briefs monthly that inform 40%+ of new ad variations tested

KPIs You'll Own

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've run 3-5 years of SEM and Paid Social campaigns with proven ROAS/CPA optimization experience
  • You live in spreadsheets and SQL; you own the data and tell the story, not wait for reports
  • You thrive in high-pressure, fast-moving environments where priorities shift weekly and you stay solution-focused
  • You're a testing obsessive; you can design clean experiments, interpret results rigorously, and iterate relentlessly based on learnings
Won't Work If
  • You prefer stability, clear processes, and slow decision-making; this role is ambiguous and moves fast
  • You're uncomfortable with SQL, Looker, or basic data analysis; this role requires hands-on technical fluency
  • You see paid media as a checkbox activity rather than a core growth lever; this role demands strategic thinking and ownership

Walk through recent campaign wins; discuss testing philosophy, metrics-obsession, and comfort with ambiguity
