Ads for Change Permanent Contract Job Description: Senior SEA and SMA Consultant - Impact Digital Agency - 100% Remote Work - 4.5-Day Week Start Date: Between September 2026 Not compatible with Freelance activity Required presence in Metropolitan France Summary: You have initial experience of 5 years in SEA/SMA/SEO but you are looking for meaning in your career and more flexibility in your work. You have a strong analytical mind and are comfortable interpreting data both in French and English (C1-C2). If so, this position is for you. The Agency Created by two ex-Google employees, Ads for Change is a committed digital agency, 100% dedicated to associations and companies with a positive impact. Our goal is to enable ESS (Social and Solidarity Economy) actors to multiply their impact thanks to digital levers. Ads for Change was born from the simple observation that the majority of associations either did not know about or were unable to use the $10,000/month budget of free advertising offered by Google, Microsoft, or LinkedIn. We support associations and impact companies in their digital transition on their media strategy: Google Ad Grants (for associations only), Google, Meta, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, web development, Analytics, Tracking, and SEO. After 3 years of existence, the team is composed of 10 full-time people + a collective of 5 freelancers. From recruiting volunteers to clean beaches with Surfriders Foundation, to sponsoring Children of Asia to enable them to go to school with Enfants du Mékong, while raising awareness among TikTok users about Mental Health in 8 countries with the WHO, our work has a real positive impact. The Position Mission As a Senior Digital Strategy Consultant, your mission will be to autonomously manage a portfolio of 10 to 15 INTERNATIONAL clients, supported by a junior Account Manager (AM): Understand our clients' needs and define the digital acquisition strategy (budget allocation by channel and seasonality, campaign structure, tracking plan, user flow, etc.) Creation & regular optimization of SEA/SMA campaigns: Google Ad Grants, Google, Meta, Bing, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads. Client relationship management: Present performance, optimizations, and recommendations clearly and educationally (0 jargon) during weekly calls, respond to requests/questions within 24 hours. Management of creative and landing page production: definition of a testing plan (angle, concept, format, title) and supervision of a creative strategist. Supervision of a junior account manager who will support you on operational tasks: Account hygiene, ad copywriting, reporting, etc. 20% of your time on a project of your choice: By joining our agency, you can work on ancillary projects of your choice—recruitment, SEO, blog, volunteering for a cause close to your heart... It's up to you to decide based on what interests you! You will emerge with ultra-solid skills and methods in SEA, tracking, UX, and knowledge of the world of impact and the non-profit sector. Your productivity and time management will be tenfold, thanks in particular to a precise working method and the systematic use of IA. The Benefits An exponential learning curve. Quarterly bonus up to 20% of the fixed salary based on performance. 100% remote work, we do not have an office. We reinvest our rent savings to organize 2-3 “workscapes” per year: 1 week away in a pleasant setting (villa, château, etc.) where we work in person. 4.5-day week which frees up all your Friday afternoons. Experience: Your education doesn't matter; what counts is your skills, your aptitude for learning, and collaborating (these will be tested in depth during the recruitment process). You have a minimum of 5 years of experience directly managing SEA AND SMA campaigns, either in an agency, freelance, or for an advertiser. You are familiar with the interfaces and KPIs of GA4, Google, Meta Ads, and Google Tag Manager. “Growth” experience beyond media buying is a plus: CRO, Landing page, SEO, automation (make, n8n, zapier, airtable, etc.), CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). You are the person we need if: You are more comfortable with ambiguity in a role you can shape vs a well-defined scope on rails. You are passionate about social causes and ecological transition, and looking for a meaningful professional experience by participating in a better world You are comfortable with numbers and have an analytical mind You are easy to approach: you are comfortable presenting your analyses and recommendations orally during multiple client calls per day. You possess an entrepreneurial, autonomous, and methodological spirit You are capable of prioritizing and organizing your time to manage a portfolio of 10 to 15 clients Regardless of your skills, you take feedback and improve the next time You are able to present and communicate in English to international clients (fluent English level C1-C2!) Work Environment and Compensation Permanent Contract (CDI) 4.5-day week, 35 hours - Monday to Friday until 1 PM, because it's good to disconnect early for a longer weekend! 100% remote work - quiet workplace IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE with required fiber internet access Travel for team events 4 days, 2-3 times per year Initial mission training provided by the founders Compensation Total compensation of 36,000 euros composed of: Base salary of 30,000 euros gross. 20% bonus based on quantified and realistic objectives.
