The Challenge

Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher globally with 7B downloads and 200M+ active users. You'll own user acquisition for Blitz Win Cash, turning a solid product into a global revenue machine by optimizing campaigns, analyzing ROAS signals, and shipping creative experiments that move the needle.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Set up and launch 5-8 UA campaigns across major ad platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok), establishing baseline performance benchmarks

Build weekly ROAS tracking dashboard and identify top 3 underperforming signals to optimize

3

Establish feedback loops with Product and Creative teams; ship 2 creative test cycles based on performance learnings

4

Master Voodoo's internal growth tools; document workflow and share 1 best practice with broader team

By 6 Months
1

Increase overall campaign ROAS by 15-25% through continuous signal optimization and creative testing

Expand UA to 3-4 new geographic markets, achieving breakeven or profitable unit economics in each

3

Lead monthly strategy reviews with stakeholders; present actionable insights on cohort retention and LTV trends

4

Mentor 1 junior team member on UA best practices; contribute 2 formal growth insights to company knowledge base

Campaign ROAS

Return on ad spend across all active UA campaigns; your north star for optimizing budget allocation.

Cost Per Install (CPI)

Track CPI trends by channel and creative to identify which acquisition sources are most efficient.

Day 1 / Day 7 Retention

Monitor early-stage user quality; cohorts with higher retention compound campaign ROI over time.

Breakeven or Profitable LTV:CAC Ratio

Ensure acquired users generate enough lifetime value to justify acquisition spend.
