Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher globally with 7B downloads. You'll own scaling a top-priority game or portfolio, acting as CMO and commanding their full 150-person Growth engine to drive aggressive expansion.
Your Mission
Complete deep-dive UA expertise building: master paid channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Unity Ads) and internal attribution systems
Map current game performance across all acquisition channels and identify 2-3 quick wins to test
Establish baseline KPIs for LTV, CAC, ROAS, and retention by cohort across all markets
Build working relationships with Creative Production, ASO, Partnerships, and Influencer teams
Own and execute growth strategy for assigned game/portfolio with clear scaling targets (30-50% DAU growth)
Launch and optimize 3+ new acquisition channels beyond paid UA (partnerships, ASO, community, creator programs)
Reduce CAC by 15-20% through creative testing, audience refinement, and bid optimization
Present quarterly growth roadmap with prioritized initiatives based on competitive analysis and market trends

Track lifetime value against customer acquisition cost to ensure sustainable unit economics across channels.
DAU Growth Rate
Month-over-month active user growth as primary scaling metric.
ROAS by Channel
Return on ad spend breakdown by UA channel (paid and non-paid) to allocate budget effectively.
D1/D7/D30 Retention
Cohort retention rates to measure product-market fit and content quality impact on growth.
Channel Mix Diversification
Percentage of installs from non-paid channels (ASO, partnerships, organic) to reduce dependency.
