The Challenge
Vendelux is the system of record for event marketing, backed by $14M Series A funding and trusted by high-growth companies. You'll scale their marketing-led pipeline engine from the ground up, owning ABM, content, and campaign execution in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.
Your Mission
Map and optimize the current demand generation funnel across ABM, content, email, and paid channels—establish baseline conversion metrics and identify quick wins
Launch 2-3 ABM campaigns targeting tier-1 accounts with personalized content and paid amplification; measure pipeline contribution
Build a repeatable content calendar and campaign execution framework that aligns with pipeline goals and reduces bottlenecks
Partner with Head of Marketing to establish performance targets, forecasting models, and experimentation playbook for Q1-Q2 campaigns
Scale ABM programs to deliver measurable pipeline from 15+ key accounts; optimize account selection and personalization based on conversion data
Increase marketing-influenced pipeline by 40%+ through integrated demand programs (paid, content, email, SEO); own full-funnel attribution
Build a high-performing content engine with 8-12 pieces of thought leadership per quarter; measure engagement, lead quality, and pipeline impact
Mentor junior growth marketer on campaign execution and analytics; establish repeatable playbooks for campaign launches and optimization cycles

Cost Per Pipeline Dollar (CPPD)
Total marketing spend divided by pipeline generated; directional efficiency metric for ABM and content investments.
ABM Account Conversion Rate
% of targeted tier-1 accounts that move to opportunity stage; measure of ABM personalization and relevance.
Email Engagement & Click-Through Rate
Open rates, click rates, and reply rates across campaigns; early indicator of content resonance and audience targeting.
Content Download/Engagement Velocity
Downloads, views, and time-on-page for content assets; measures content quality and relevance to buyer journey.

- You've successfully executed integrated ABM + content programs at a Series A/B/C SaaS company and can tie campaigns to pipeline
- You're analytical and creative—comfortable building repeatable systems, running experiments, and optimizing metrics obsessively
- You thrive in hands-on, fast-paced environments where you own outcomes and aren't afraid to get tactical (building landing pages, testing email copy, optimizing funnels)
- You have a growth mindset and track record of scaling marketing-led acquisition engines from proof-of-concept to predictable revenue
- You prefer brand marketing, design-heavy campaigns, or storytelling over metrics and pipeline accountability
- You need 100% remote flexibility or can't commit to 3-4 days onsite in NYC weekly
- You're looking for a large, process-heavy organization with clear hierarchies—this is a scrappy, high-ownership builder role
