The Challenge
Stride-up is a fast-growing SEO agency punching above its weight. You'll own a client portfolio, drive real revenue growth through strategic SEO/GEO work, and help shape how the agency evolves its expertise as AI and search trends shift.
Your Mission
Audit and map 3-4 key client accounts; identify quick wins and technical blockers across crawl, indexing, and ranking factors
Build internal SEO monitoring dashboard: track rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics for your portfolio monthly
Deliver first round of content and netlinking strategies for 2+ clients; brief writers, manage timelines, hit quality gates
Establish yourself as the go-to voice on SEO strategy internally; run 2 knowledge-share sessions with the team
Grow portfolio revenue by 15-25% through upsell, scope expansion, and retention of existing clients
Launch and optimize at least one AI-powered workflow (content research, technical audits, competitive analysis) that saves 5+ hours/week
Own response to 3+ RFPs; win at least one new client contract through your proposal and audit work
Mentor 1-2 junior team members on SEO fundamentals; contribute to agency's case studies and thought leadership content
