Our platform
Hexagone AI enables organizations to use sensitive data safely and unlock its full potential. Our platform anonymizes unstructured data: pdf, images and audio, helping industries like legal and healthcare remain compliant and still benefit from AI and analytics. We go beyond simple anonymization by running thorough re-identification tests, ensuring data is both secure and useful. Delivered on-premise or via API, Hexagone AI provides a scalable, cost-effective way for companies to innovate responsibly without relying on heavy processes.
The Role
We’re looking for a
Bras Droit / Founder Associate
todirectly support the founders
on ops and market-oriented tasks that unblock growth. This is a high-ownership role acrossoutbound sales, marketing campaigns, and admin execution
(including applications and paperwork).Key Responsibilities
Outbound & Lead Generation
- Run cold outreach campaigns (LinkedIn + email), iterate messaging and targeting
- Build and maintain prospect lists (CRM hygiene, segmentation, enrichment)
- Manage follow-ups, book meetings, and keep the outbound engine running
- Do cold calling in French and English
- Coordinate lightweight marketing campaigns end-to-end (launches, events, newsletters)
- Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts, short updates, and customer-facing announcements
- Help ship campaign assets: one-pagers, landing pages copy, email sequences, simple visuals
- Track performance (opens/replies/booked calls) and iterate based on results
- Support event-driven campaigns (e.g., AI Pulse, Station F, partner events) and post-event follow-ups
- Track inbound leads and route them to the right founder
- Maintain pipeline dashboards and weekly reporting
- Fill out applications on behalf of Hexagone AI (accelerators, grants, events, awards)
- Collect required materials from founders and submit on time
- Light admin work: invoices follow-up, meeting notes, document organization, ops tasks as needed
- Strong written communication in English and French
- Comfortable with outbound (e.g. cold calling) + follow-ups
- Organized, reliable, detail-oriented
- Curiosity, fast learner with a “figure it out” mindset
- Interest in AI, data & privacy
- Experience in B2B marketing ops, outbound, founder associate roles, or sales ops
- Familiarity with Notion, HubSpot, Google Sheets, Lemlist/Apollo/FullEnrich, LinkedIn workflows
