The Challenge
Amadeus powers travel for 20,000+ people across 100+ countries. You'll jump into a 4,500-person Nice hub to analyze customer behavior, dissect campaign performance, and shape go-to-market strategies that move the needle for a global travel tech leader.
Your Mission
Complete onboarding with product/sales teams and map 2-3 key customer segments with behavioral data
Audit and document performance of 3-5 active marketing campaigns, identify top 2 improvement levers
Build your first market research deep-dive on competitor positioning or emerging travel trends
Create 1-2 visual reports for stakeholders that tie campaign metrics to business outcomes
Own analysis for Q2 go-to-market strategy-market sizing, customer insight synthesis, competitive angle
Lead performance review cycles for 4+ campaigns; recommend resource reallocation based on ROI data
Co-develop marketing strategy deck with manager for product launch or segment expansion
Establish recurring insight cadence: monthly performance reports + quarterly trend briefings for leadership
KPIs You'll Own
Campaign Performance vs. Baseline
Track CTR, conversion rate, and CAC for campaigns you analyze; baseline establishes improvement target.
Insights Adoption Rate
Count how many recommendations from your reports are actioned by product, sales, or marketing teams.
Market Research Velocity
Number of completed research sprints, trend reports, or competitive analyses delivered per quarter.
Stakeholder Engagement
Attendance and feedback scores on your reports and strategy presentations from cross-functional teams.
