The Challenge
Semji is building a growth engine, not running campaigns. You'll architect the automated plumbing that connects lead discovery → enrichment → HubSpot, using code and AI to scale personalized outreach without manual overhead.
Your Mission
Build and deploy your first n8n workflow automating end-to-end lead enrichment and Lemlist delivery
Create foundational BigQuery dashboards tracking lead-to-conversion metrics across experimental segments
Audit and optimize the existing data pipeline-identify bottlenecks from scraping through HubSpot sync
Establish version control practices (GitHub) and rapid prototyping workflows using Claude Code
Scale outbound sequences to 5+ fully automated parallel workflows, each hyper-personalized via enrichment APIs
Reduce manual lead enrichment time by 80% through custom automation
Implement predictive lead scoring model in BigQuery to prioritize high-intent prospects
Document and hand off complete growth tech stack operations to support team expansion

Lead Conversion Rate by Segment
Track conversion performance across experimental segments in BigQuery, exposed via Looker Studio dashboards.
Automation Coverage %
Percentage of outbound sequences fully automated end-to-end (vs. manual touchpoints).
Lead Enrichment Accuracy
Quality of data flowing into HubSpot; measure valid contact rates and API response success.
Pipeline Velocity (Days)
Average time from lead capture to HubSpot sync; measure impact of pipeline optimizations.
