For You If
  • You've spent 3+ years in agency or in-house international marketing roles-you understand how to scale campaigns across regions
  • You're fluent in English (native or near-native); bilingual (French) is a bonus
  • You've shipped B2C and B2B campaigns and know HubSpot, paid ads, and email automation inside-out
  • Education or executive training sector experience gives you credibility bonus, but strong digital marketing chops matter more
Won't Work If
  • You're a generalist without hands-on digital marketing experience-this role requires executing, not just strategizing
  • Your English isn't bulletproof; all content you own will be in English across multiple markets
  • You expect a remote-first setup; this is 100% on-site in Paris

Screening with recruiter on background, HubSpot fluency, and international campaign experience

3

Interview with Marketing Director

Deep dive on strategy, campaign examples, and how you'd approach their 5-market rollout

4

Stakeholder round

Brief conversation with International Programme Director or sales lead to assess collaboration fit
