General Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to grow our Retail Channel Marketing programs in France and Spain as the Consumer Channel Marketing for France/Spain/Italy. This role will work in partnership with the global marketing teams, global and regional sales teams and the channel, OEM and OS leaders to execute an aligned and successful Consumer Channel strategy on behalf of Qualcomm.
Responsibilities Include The Following
- Develop, align and execute marketing plans for the key retail channel partners in the France and Spain region. Work with country leads to build and develop relationships with key OEM partners at country level to drive device sales through channel partners to drive Snapdragon- powered device market share growth
- Responsibilities include development of the budgeting, campaign planning and alignment with retail marketing counterparts also with OEM and OS partner leads to align, plan and execute the strategy across training, incentives and marketing campaigns
- Drives overall awareness via campaigns and brand and product touchpoints.
- Execution of marketing plans and deliverables in partnership with the channel and retail partners.
- Plays a dynamic role leveraging messaging, brand assets, video-based content and aligning to promo calendars across retailers and OEMs.
- Creative approach to marketing opportunities and unlocking new methods to reach audiences.
- Strong collaborative partnership builder across partners as well as within local team.
- Detailed knowledge of consumer OEMS and channels for PC
- Experience of working on new projects and establishing new ways of working
- Ability to defining and execute consumer channel programs
- Experience of driving cross-functional team to create a comprehensive plan with dependencies identified and critical issues/paths
- Establish key performance metrics to ensure success
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to deliver clear messages on issue identification and resolution through schedules, trackers, and campaign status updates
- 8 + years consumer channel (retail, online) and marketing experience in technology companies
- Masters degree in business or technology preferred
- Very good understanding and knowledge of mobile and related technologies (e.g. 4G/5G, XR, AI) as well as customer value proposition and use cases enabled by these technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be highly proficient in English. Additional languages would be beneficial.
- Ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships and rapport with senior business stakeholders
- Ability to convey information clearly and accurately with great credibility
- Ability to be organized, resourceful and adaptable

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
- Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
