The Challenge
High-growth B2B SaaS is scaling across Europe and needs someone to own France as their highest-revenue market. You'll have full P&L responsibility for marketing-led growth, reporting directly to a flat org that rewards execution over hierarchy.
Your Mission
Audit current France marketing performance and establish baseline metrics across awareness, demand, and pipeline conversion
Launch first cohort of 2-3 demand generation campaigns (content + events + paid) aligned with H1 sales targets
Build and align French Sales team on marketing priorities, campaign calendar, and lead SLA framework
Hire and onboard your first direct report to support execution and funnel optimization
Hit or exceed France pipeline target for H1 with documented attribution and ROI by channel
Scale top 2 performing campaign formats with clear playbooks for replication across Q2/Q3
Establish monthly marketing-to-sales business review cadence with published funnel health dashboards
Build 6-month marketing budget plan with forecast models for paid, content, and events spend

- You've owned a geographic market or segment in B2B SaaS and have pipeline/bookings attribution experience
- You're fluent in French and understand the French B2B buyer psychology-not just the language
- You're comfortable making budget allocation decisions and running full-funnel campaigns (content + events + paid)
- You want clarity on your number-ownership of France means you own the metrics, the wins, and the accountability
- You're a single-channel specialist (paid only, or content only)-this needs full-funnel strategic thinking
- You don't speak French or lack France B2B market knowledge-language skills are not negotiable here
- You need heavy process and governance-this is a move-fast org, and you'll be expected to make calls independently
- You haven't managed pipeline or bookings metrics before-demand gen awareness campaigns won't cut it
