Role Overview

As our Growth Marketer / Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for creating compelling content and growth campaigns that position Plato AI as a thought leader in the AI automation space. Your success will be directly tied to closed deals, earning you a commission for every deal closed from your efforts. This is a great opportunity for entrepreneurial marketers and creators who thrive in performance-driven environments.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute a content strategy to grow brand awareness and visibility across LinkedIn, instagram, and other relevant channels.

Create high-quality posts, articles, case studies, and short-form content (text, graphics, video) highlighting Plato AI’s value.

Drive lead generation through organic and paid growth experiments.

Collaborate with the founder on messaging and positioning for target industries.

Track content performance and iterate on growth tactics for maximum reach and engagement.

Funnel engaged prospects into sales conversations with the founder, earning commission when deals close.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in growth marketing, content creation, or B2B social media marketing.

Strong copywriting and storytelling skills (bonus if you’re confident creating visual or video content).

Understanding of lead generation funnels and growth experiments.

Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and remotely.

Interest in AI, automation, and future-of-work technologies.
