Ce que vous ferez

OCUS is the world leader in visual content for restaurants. We power the imagery operations of world leaders like DoorDash, Uber Eats or Just Eat Takeway, and millions of restaurant across 40+ countries. €20M ARR. Profitable. 40 people. 10 years of building the infrastructure that makes restaurants look their best online.

Now we’re launching something new. Ocus Viral is our new product, an autonomous Viral Content Agent for restaurant brands. Real creators shoot on-site. AI handles editing, trend-matching, and publishing. Every location, every day, at a fraction of agency cost.

74% of diners choose where to eat based on social media. Yet most restaurants post once a week, or not at all. We’re here to fix that. That’s where you come in.

A quick word before the mission. Marketing is one of the most powerful levers for growth. If you want to build companies one day, this is where you learn the foundation.

As a Growth Marketing Intern, you will:

  • Execute and optimize

    performance-driven lifecycle campaigns

(onboarding, notifications, re-engagement), continuously improving conversion and engagement through testing and data insights.

  • Contribute to

growth experiments across paid and owned channels

(Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, retargeting, referral & affiliate programs), supporting launch, tracking, and optimization.

  • Analyze

    campaign performance and user funnels

, identifying opportunities to improve acquisition, activation, and retention.

  • Support the optimization of the

    end-to-end user journey

, identifying drop-offs and proposing data-backed improvements to onboarding and engagement flows.

  • Conduct

    market and competitor analysis

to uncover growth opportunities, new channels, and winning strategies.

  • Take ownership of

    growth initiatives and experiments

, from setup to performance tracking and iteration.

You’re not alone, you’re embedded in a 40-person company. You’ll debrief with Ops & Data Analysts, sync with Account Managers, and collaborate with the tech team on how the product evolves. You’ll learn how a startup operates end-to-end, not just the marketing slice.

We’re looking for someone who’s excited about performance marketing as a craft and eager to learn by doing.

  • You enjoy connecting with people and turning ideas into results, not just in theory, but in practice. If you’ve ever promoted, sold, or grown something, whether a side project, fundraising effort, student initiative, or small venture, we want to hear about it.

  • You’re resilient. Feedback and setbacks don’t stop you; they help you get better and move forward quickly.

  • You’re autonomous and resourceful. You take ownership of your work, find opportunities, and figure out solutions independently. Extreme agency is the quality we value most at OCUS.

  • You’re good with detail, numbers, spreadsheets and have first ads, performance or data analysis experience

  • You’re curious about food, restaurants, or social media. You don’t need to be an expert, but genuine interest goes a long way.

  • English fluent.

  • You’re available for at least a 6-month internship starting April 2026 (convention de stage required).

Bonus points if you:

  • Have a 1st experience in marketing, performance, or data analysis

  • Have worked in a startup or built something yourself

If we like each other, you start!
