The Challenge

NoGood is a growth consultancy behind Nike, TikTok, and Spring Health's success. You'll lead a paid media team while executing 7-figure campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok—driving real growth for category-defining brands.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Assess and stabilize current team performance; establish clear processes for campaign setup, optimization, and reporting across all platforms

Own 2-3 active client accounts; deliver first month performance reports with ROAS, CPA, and conversion lift analysis

Build foundational team coaching rhythm; conduct one-on-ones and establish skill gaps for training and development

4

Develop and present paid media strategy playbook to leadership; document best practices for budget allocation, bidding, and audience segmentation

By 6 Months
1

Grow team efficiency: improve average ROAS by 15-20% across managed accounts through systematic A/B testing and bid optimization

Expand scope: take ownership of 4-5 client relationships; present quarterly strategic reviews to C-suite stakeholders

Mentor and develop team: bring at least one junior manager to mid-level proficiency; document training curriculum for onboarding

Drive innovation: pilot new platforms or audience strategies (e.g., emerging TikTok features, LinkedIn Conversions API); report learnings to broader org

Measure click-through and conversion performance by platform and ad variation; drive improvements through testing.

Team Utilization & Throughput

Track campaigns managed, budget owned, and A/B tests launched per team member; identify efficiency gains.

Client Satisfaction & Retention

Measure via quarterly reviews and retention rate; ensure stakeholder expectations are met or exceeded.
