The Challenge
May is building the go-to platform for pregnancy and parenting in Europe. You'll own SEO content strategy that drives user acquisition—writing optimized articles that convert curious parents into loyal users while working alongside an experienced senior writer.
Your Mission
Ship 12-16 SEO-optimized articles on high-intent keywords, tracked via organic traffic and keyword rankings
Build editorial calendar framework with Growth and Content teams for Q2-Q3 content pipeline
Establish baseline SEO/GEO performance dashboard—track rankings, impressions, CTR on core pillar content
Shadow senior writer on 8+ pieces to internalize May's tone, fact-checking process, and optimization playbook
Deliver 30+ published articles with measurable organic traffic growth (target: 25%+ month-over-month improvement)
Independently manage 3-4 content clusters (pillar + supporting articles) from keyword research to publication
Reduce time-to-publish by 40% while maintaining editorial standards through workflow optimization
Present monthly SEO performance analysis with recommendations on content gaps and expansion opportunities
