You will be the driving force behind positioning our underground construction portfolio, translating complex technical solutions into clear, compelling value stories for our customers. In this role, you combine a strong marketing background in underground construction with a passion for innovation and sustainability, alongside a good understanding of current market trends.
Based in Europe, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing programs, launching and positioning products, plus, measuring marketing performance to ensure continuous improvement. You will work closely with both global and local business, sales and product stakeholders to identify and implement effective marketing strategies. This position reports to the Global Director UGC.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, campaigns, and product promotions across various online and offline channels, reinforcing the Master Builders Solutions brand in underground construction.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to understand market needs and create marketing collateral, including presentations, sales enablement materials, website updates, client communications, whitepapers, thought leadership content, event support, and more.
- Analyse marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, and provide clear recommendations for optimisation and continuous improvement.
- Establish sales metrics for strategic products and projects within the European UGC organisation to support commercial focus and growth.
- Conceptualise, design, and implement marketing activities and materials such as brochures and audio/visual content that bring our tunnelling and mining solutions to life.
- Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure their work meets organisational requirements, brand standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.
- Work with regional marketing teams to promote Master Builders Solutions’ participation in conferences, seminars, and other industry events, strengthening our visibility as a trusted partner in mining and tunnelling.
- Actively seek challenging assignments and show enthusiasm for exploring new opportunities, channels, and formats to enhance marketing efforts and brand impact.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience within the underground construction market (tunnelling and/or mining).
- Proven success in B2B demand generation marketing, with experience in building marketing funnels and understanding sales pipelines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and understand marketing metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong plus.
