We’re looking for a

Partner Growth Manager

to join our Hospitality team based in Paris. As Partner Growth Manager, you will be responsible for expanding existing strategic partnerships and cultivating new ones to drive merchant acquisition within the French market. This is an exciting opportunity that offers significant ownership, allowing you to build a strong professional network within Lightspeed's extensive partner ecosystem.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Build and nurture relationships with existing

    resellers and referral partners

    to drive

    new customer acquisition

    and revenue growth.

  • Work with the Partner Development Manager and Partner Enablement Manager to deliver onboarding, engaging training & Go-To-Market strategies

  • Develop, manage, and maintain a robust

    sales pipeline

    aligned with the territory market strategy.
    Consistently achieve or exceed

    channel sales quotas

    while providing detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual

    sales pipeline reports and forecasts

    .

  • Conduct in-depth

    market research

    on enterprise app trends, identify new applications, monitor pricing models, and analyse

    competitive marketplaces

    to inform strategy and positioning.

  • Ensure strong two-way communication between

    channel partners

    and Lightspeed.

  • Deliver impactful one-to-one

    screen-share presentations

    and product demos to influence key decision-makers.

  • Partner with

    Product, Business Development, and Sales teams

    to align objectives, share market insights, and drive overall

    channel partner growth

    .

  • Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role.

What you’ll be bringing to the team:

  • Experience in

    partnership management

    or B2B sales, with a focus on creating mutual revenue growth.

    Software sales experience

    is strongly preferred.

  • Experience serving as a key stakeholder in partnership strategy, collaborating effectively with regional sales managers and product teams.

  • Proven negotiation skills with the ability to balance the needs of customers, partners, and the broader market, with a talent for finding solutions that drive joint revenue.

  • Demonstrated ability to train, motivate, and build strong relationships with potential and existing partners.

  • A strong understanding of thepartnership landscape,particularly within [Location].

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust and rapport, fostering long-term partnerships.

  • Strategic thinking and business acumen to understand complex business models, identify objectives, and align solutions.

  • Proactive and problem-solver with adaptability and resilience to thrive in fast-paced environments, manage priorities, and navigate obstacles.

  • Fluency in French and English
