Growth Marketing Manager
Location New York, NY – In Office (Primarily)
Reports To Managing Partner
The Role
Levi & Korsinsky is a national plaintiffs’ litigation firm with a significant in-house technology and marketing team. Our practice areas include data breach, mass arbitration, privacy class actions, product recalls and consumer protection. We generate significant case volume through digital marketing, call center intake, and follow-up systems.
We need one person to own the entire growth marketing function. Not a strategist who delegates. Not a dashboard commentator. A hands-on operator who will audit every funnel, understand every tech integration, and be accountable for client acquisition cost, speed, and volume across all practice areas. You sit between the lawyers who define what we need and the marketing, intake, and call center teams who execute. You are the bridge. You own the outcome. We have a marketing ecosystem that’s constantly evolving, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in that kind of environment.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisition Strategy & Ownership
• Own end-to-end claimant acquisition strategy across all paid and non-paid performance channels.
• Relentlessly focus on volume, speed, and cost efficiency of qualified and retained clients.
• Identify, test, and scale acquisition opportunities across platforms, geographies, and case types. Different practice areas demand different configurations: data breach runs on speed-to-intake, mass arbitration runs on volume at controlled cost, privacy class actions require precision targeting to find specific affected individuals.
• Operate with a bias toward action, launching campaigns rapidly and optimizing in real time.
Performance Marketing & Acquisition
• Own performance marketing strategy and execution across paid social, paid search, native, affiliate, and emerging channels.
• Drive structured experimentation across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnel strategies to continuously improve acquisition outcomes.
• Scale high-performing campaigns efficiently while maintaining strict control over cost per retained client and overall ROI.
• Partner closely with creative and content teams to develop high-converting, compliant marketing assets.
AI, Technology & Automation
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative production, copy generation, landing page development, and campaign testing.
• Build and implement automated workflows for campaign execution, optimization, reporting, follow-up, and lead qualification. Anywhere a human is doing something a bot or workflow could do better, automate it.
• Integrate CRM, marketing platforms, and analytics tools to enable real-time data flow and decision-making.
• Work directly with our in-house development team to scope, test, and deploy marketing tools and integrations.
• Stay current on emerging tools and platforms. If it’s cutting edge and could give us an advantage, test it.
Search & Channel Expansion
• Lead paid search strategy with a focus on capturing high-intent demand and maximizing conversion efficiency.
• Expand keyword coverage, optimize bidding strategies, and improve landing page alignment to enhance performance.
• Identify and validate new acquisition channels, partnerships, and traffic sources.
Funnel Optimization & Conversion
• Own the full acquisition funnel from ad engagement to retained client conversion.
• Continuously optimize landing pages, forms, and intake flows to improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs.
• Work closely with intake and operations teams to ensure seamless lead handling and improved conversion outcomes.
• Coordinate with call center operations on scripts, training, conversion optimization, and intake quality.
• Translate performance insights into actionable improvements across the funnel.
Analytics, KPIs & Budget Ownership
• Own and track key acquisition metrics including cost per lead (CPL), cost per qualified lead (CPQL), cost per retained client, conversion rates, and channel ROI.
• Manage budget allocation, forecasting, and pacing to ensure optimal channel performance.
• Develop reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility into campaign performance, funnel progression, and profitability.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership to inform strategic decisions. Signed clients, cost per client, intake speed, conversion rates. No vanity metrics.

• Consistent pipeline of qualified and retained clients.
• AI-driven efficiencies in execution and optimization.
• A tech stack and automation layer that compounds performance over time.
What We Don’t Want
• Manual, slow operators who need to be told what to test.
• Vanity metric mindset. We measure signed clients, not impressions.
• Candidates who wait for a briefing before they launch.
Qualifications Required
• 4–8+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or lead generation-focused roles.
• Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, or similar.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel metrics (CPL, CPQL, CPA, conversion rates, ROI).
• Hands-on experience with campaign setup, optimization, and budget management.
• Experience working with CRM systems and marketing data to improve targeting and conversion.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Comfortable working with developers. Able to write a clear spec, understand an API integration, and hold a technical conversation about data flow between systems.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communicator across teams and time zones.
Preferred
• Experience in legal, financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with lead generation funnels and intake processes.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for marketing (creative generation, landing pages, automation, analytics).
• Experience integrating tools across CRM, ad platforms, and analytics systems.
• Exposure to automation tools (e.g., workflow automation, data pipelines, reporting systems).
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias toward experimentation and execution.
• Experience coordinating with call centers or intake operations to improve conversion outcomes.
