The Challenge

Levi & Korsinsky is a national litigation firm generating serious case volume through digital marketing. You'll own the entire growth function-from strategy to execution-bridging lawyers and operators to scale claimant acquisition across data breach, class action, and consumer protection cases.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit full acquisition funnel across all channels (paid social, search, native, affiliate); identify top 3 optimization levers and implement quick wins

2

Map practice area-specific acquisition strategies (speed-to-intake for data breach, volume controls for mass arbitration, precision targeting for privacy class actions)

3

Establish baseline CAC, conversion rates, and retained client metrics; set performance benchmarks by channel and case type

4

Launch 2-3 structured experiments (creative, audience, landing page variants) on highest-volume channels with real-time optimization

By 6 Months
1

Scale top 2 performing channels by 25-40% while maintaining or improving CAC and retained client economics

Build automated workflows for campaign execution, lead qualification, and reporting; eliminate manual reporting touchpoints

3

Integrate CRM, marketing platforms, and analytics for real-time data flow; enable daily decision-making on budget allocation

4

Test and deploy 4+ emerging tools/platforms (AI creative, new traffic sources, automation) that demonstrate ROI advantage within 60 days

KPIs You'll Own

Cost Per Retained Client (CPRC)

Total acquisition spend divided by qualified, retained clients; tracked by channel, practice area, and geography.

Volume & Speed

Number of qualified intakes per week/month; time-to-intake for high-intent channels (data breach cases).

Blended CAC & ROI by Channel

Acquisition cost and return on ad spend across paid social, search, native, affiliate; monthly trend and efficiency gains.

Conversion Rate (Ad → Retained Client)

Percentage of engaged prospects who complete intake and are retained; measured across full funnel and by practice area.

Channel Mix & Scalability

Percentage of volume/revenue from each channel; runway remaining before channel saturation or diminishing returns.
