Accountabilities:
Own and manage end-to-end paid social campaigns, including Meta advertising, from audience targeting and bidding strategy to budget allocation and performance optimization.
Develop and scale display and programmatic campaigns across networks such as Google Display Network to drive awareness and acquisition.
Design and execute remarketing and retargeting strategies using behavioral, lifecycle, and intent-based audience segmentation.
Build and continuously refine audience strategies for both prospecting and retargeting across paid channels.
Partner with creative teams to develop structured testing roadmaps, including ad copy, visuals, formats, and CTAs.
Monitor daily campaign performance, optimize for CAC and conversion efficiency, and deliver actionable insights in collaboration with analytics teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, brand, lifecycle marketing, and analytics teams to support growth objectives.
Requirements:
4-7 years of experience in paid social, digital acquisition, or performance marketing roles.
Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimization, and understanding of auction dynamics.
Experience running Google Display Network and/or programmatic display campaigns.
Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition while improving efficiency metrics such as CAC or ROAS.
Experience building and optimizing remarketing/retargeting strategies using segmentation and behavioral data.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, attribution models, and incrementality insights.
Experience working with pixel tracking, conversion measurement, and campaign attribution tools.
Ability to develop structured creative briefs and run A/B or multivariate testing programs.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with AI tools and LLMs to accelerate marketing execution and analysis is a plus.
