Accountabilities:
Lead growth strategy across a pod of 5-8 direct response clients, defining KPIs, funnel direction, offer positioning, and creative strategy
Manage and develop a cross-functional team including media buyers, copywriters, and project managers, ensuring alignment and high-quality execution
Own client relationships at a senior strategic level, delivering clear performance narratives, recommendations, and growth plans
Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify constraints, diagnose issues, and implement data-driven optimization strategies
Guide execution of paid media, creative development, and funnel improvements while ensuring alignment with overall strategy
Lead structured client communication including calls, reporting, and written updates to ensure clarity, trust, and accountability
Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development for direct reports to elevate team performance
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in performance marketing, direct response, or info/coaching marketing environments with ownership of client outcomes
Proven experience managing and developing teams in a marketing or agency setting
Strong understanding of multiple marketing disciplines including paid media, copywriting, funnels, and offer strategy
Experience defining and optimizing offers, pricing, and positioning to improve conversion performance
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable strategy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt messaging for clients, teams, and leadership
Comfortable working in fast-paced, async or remote-first environments with strong ownership mentality
